The Weiss family business started over 60 years and 4 generations ago in the meat business with a goal to only supply high quality products and to give great service. In 1972, Joe and Elliott Weiss opened Weiss Brothers, Inc. Our venture began in our early teens working beside our father leaning all aspects of the meat business from slaughtering, cutting meat, working wholesale and retail, delivering, and most of all....learning the importance of servicing our customers. Today, our plant operation has 28 dedicated employees, 10 privately owned trucks, and we deliver 6 days a week to restaurants, institutions, prisons, retail stores, and caterers. We are proud to be the largest supplier of products to the Oriental Restaurants in our tri-state area. Weiss Brother's, Inc. has long been known in the industry for honesty and integrity in dealing with our customers. We take pride in our high standard of quality products and we are capable of meeting the customers needs with our prompt delivery service.
