Aaron Weiss has been with our company for 25 years. He is in charge of purchasing all the poultry, sales, transportation and maintenance of our fleet of trucks.

Gary has been with our company for 5 1/2 years. His duties include grocery store sales, the meat and deli departments, restaurant sales and purchasing products, stocking of products and inventory control

Dan has been with us for over 6 years. He is a Chinese restaurant consultant and is responsible for frozen, dry and seafood purchases.

John has been with our company since March of 2004. He is responsible for sales to supermarkets, restaurants and bar and grills

Brian has been with our company since April of 2004. Brian is our office manager and is responsible for taking orders over the phone.
