Made following our own secret recipe, our kolbassi is a customer favorite, and for good reason.

Full of juicy prime pork, a careful blend of seasonings and just the right mix of Cheddar Cheese and spicy Jalapeño, it's a perfect blend of old world style kolbassi with spicy new world flair. We carefully smoke and prepare it for just the right flavor.
